DESCRIPTION OF PLATFORM
This Platform is not directed to and does not seek to, collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18). Nevertheless, if a minor accesses the Platform for any purpose whatsoever, we reserve the right to ask for additional permissions and consents from the parent of the User. For the purpose of this Platform, minor refers to any User under the age of eighteen (18) years. The aforementioned permissions and consents may change from time to time, at our discretion.

USER’S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

This right of erasure is applicable to all User information, in the form of personally identifiable data or passively collected data; to information of empaneled universities; information on registration forms and university application forms, provided to and stored by the Platform. You may use this right when you have reasonable grounds to believe that information once collected for a specific purpose, such as registration, university applications or university empanelment, is no longer being used for its intended purpose. If you wish your details to be securely deleted, you may send us a notice for erasure via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your full name, email address used to register with us and detailed reason to withdraw consent. In accordance with the laws of UAE, we may not be able to delete your information permanently as we may be required to store your details and present it to relevant legal and regulatory authorities in the UAE, at any time.
